Lunch time for an office employee shouldn’t just be about eating. It should be about fun, activities and enjoyment. So sometimes we conduct a common lunch at outside the office.
The reason of this is getting more engaged with our team members and have discussion other than office work. As well as performing some activity will also boost team morale and maybe get to know a few colleagues outside of the work environment.
To change the trend of regular lunch at office, we conducted a common lunch today at garden nearest to our office. After enjoying the special dishes taken by all employees and other food stuff arranged by company, we performed a very interesting game and Blind Drawing. Every one trying to draw best as per the instruction of his/her partner but winner is always the one who did the best.
A healthy, balanced common lunch combined with some form of a break and activity will benefit our work, our health, our mind in the long run and overcome the work stress.
