- Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech. /BCA/MCA/BBA/MBA
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT field
- Proven work. Experience in IT Industry as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in full recruitment cycle
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Client relationship
- Actively upgrading knowledgebase of trends and share with the team
- Should be a good team player and cooperative
