How to write SEO-friendly Content?

There are billions of blogs on the internet and people write a lot of content in blogs for different topics and for personal and business. People in their profession choose niches and topics and write deep articles. a lot of information is available on the internet but only those pages that rank on the top side whose are written SEO-friendly and SEO-optimized content.

How to write SEO-friendly content for the blog

There are some points to using it on SEO-optimized websites or blogs. These are very important factors that help your SEO writing.

1. Keyword Research

In SEO if the keyword research you didn’t do for your primary keyword then there is nothing mean to write any content for any topic. If you do keyword research properly, you finished half the SEO of your work.

The keyword is a word or phrase that is used by users when they find any information on search engines.

There are mainly four types of keywords are-

(i) Informational keywords

These types of keywords provide information about specific questions and general questions like

when we celebrate children’s day.

or what is the difference between a website and a blog?

or How to reach this city?

that keyword provides the information.

These keywords show the exact information and generally, we asked for today’s date or today’s Tithi (Hindi day). So these types of keywords are less intent to the user. It provides knowledge to your audience and educates them.

(ii) Navigational keywords

These types of keywords are provided for navigation. User searches like the address or place or building or company address, particular website or blog, or physician doctor address. So these types of keywords provide the places and address to users. Actually, these are navigated to users.

You can go there physically and visit a particular website. These keywords help you when your brand or business or website or blog is well known in your city or maybe in all over the world like Nike or Samsung or apple.

so these increase the organic traffic for particular brands.

(iii) Commercial keywords

These types of keywords show the intent of user which are looking for any products or services. Users’ intent is good and wants to product or service. So they search related queries.

They search for similar services or products find coupons or discounts and get more information about them. They want these items or intent to purchase them. they may be searching for free services or getting offers on these products.

(iV) Transactional keywords

These keywords are in complete demand because they provide sales. They are a high intention to buy it now or purchase it soon. They take immediate action like buying a bicycle, or near to me a burger house, or near me vegetarian restaurant for dinner

Want to buy an online SEO course or buy an online game or buy an online laptop at low prices? So these are the high intent so the bid is also high in these types of keywords.

2. Title include the primary keyword

You must include a primary keyword in the title. SEO-optimized means that the content is preferred on the search engines which are according to SEO principles are title should be unique and written within a maximum of 60 characters. use a minimum of one power word in the title.

It would help if you used positive or negative words in the title. you can use numeric numbers for better click-on titles.

The title should be impressive and clickable so that users think that what is more important information in this content.

So you must spend a lot of time selecting a title before writing any blogs. I recommended writing a minimum of 10 titles and then is bettor one of them select it and then write on this title.

3. Meta Description

Now we discuss meta description and how it is SEO-friendly words. The meta description is written within 160 characters. And must use the main title keyword for better ranking.

It plays a big role in the SEO-optimised blog. When user search queries on Search engines they show on the page with titles. It describes the title and what is information inside.

4. URL Readable

Make sure your URL (Uniform Resource Locator) should be readable to users. It describes the content and also helps crawlers that this page is written on that content. So search engines show the right page to the user.

URL should be shortened and don’t use the a, an, the, of, keywords in URL. Don’t use the underscore sign(_), or special keys like (@, !, #, $, %, &, *, etc) in the URL. Your URL content must be close to your domain. Use keywords in the URL structure. It helps to improve your SEO score.

5. ‘Alt’ Image Tags

In Search Engine Optimization, Image is a big role when searching queries by users then images are also displayed in the results if we tell about the images on a website or blog. It is also the work of SEO. These are the show results in Images options in search engines.

When we use a website and if there is a network issue and problem faced for downloading the images in websites or blogs, it tells us about the images. and we understand that image is about this topic.

So when we do SEO for a blog or website then it is necessary that all the images ‘alt’ tags and define the images with full meaning that what images say want.

6. Heading Section

There are h1 to h6 headings. The heading section is also important for SEO and is user-friendly. It provides a better page experience if your page heading is in sequence. You must use the H1 tag in the title and use it only one time on the page.

Primary keywords use in the h1 tag. Then after using h2 tags for the heading then h3 tags for the subheading and so on. You can manage these according to your content.

7. Internal Linking

Internal linking is connecting to an audience on our blog or website from one page to another page. And it is beneficial to the site that users take much time on our site. If we give the internal links to connect to our other page.

These are the written-in-text form and add the URL link on that text. These are called the Anchor text.

For external linking here we can use the URL for a blog page where we can use affiliate links to promote any product or service on another website. We select this text and bold it for user friendly and when we shower mouse on it then it changes color.

It should define you in a website or blog whose final URL redirects to an index for the crawler. You tell to crawler through indexing URL on Google Search Console. For example You indirect this URL https://www.kriscent.in index on Google Search Console that all remaining URLs like

when internet users type these URLs into the Search engine, the traffic will go to the final URL (https://www.kriscent.in). Otherwise, search engines understand that there are different websites and content same or duplicate content.

So Search Engine crawlers will confuse that which page or website ranks. So you should be declared in head section of website <link rel=”canonical” href=”https://www.kriscent.in/“/>

9. Mobile-Friendly website

You will know that all the world people use a smartphone so they search for everything on mobile mostly. It means your blog or website must be Mobile-friendly website.

The website must be open on any type of digital devices like desktop, laptop, tablet, and different sizes of smartphones. If your website is opening on all digital devices it means your website is a responsive website.

10. Broken Links

You should check on your website that there are no broken links. If any broken links in your website mean some URLs of your site there is no way to open the page and the showing page is not found. So fix it or remove these types of URLs from your website. It is bad for SEO if you have many broken links.

11. Favicon

On your website, you should have a favicon icon. It may be your site logo. This is shown on the title bar. It is a small image of the logo. You can generate these types of icons on google.

12. Sitemap.xml

A sitemap collects information about sites like documents, images, and videos in each section of your site. It helps users when finding the queries on search engines then it shows the data according to your sitemap and also helps to search engines that understand already that in this sitemap that type data.

You also declare your sitemap on the robots.txt file that identifies the crawlers. Eg. sitemap XML

13. Robots.txt file

Robots.txt file declared to the crawlers which website pages are shown to the users and which are not. So you can hide credential files through it. You can see it at Robots.txt

14. SSL Certification

your site will be SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certification. It provides security and helps the SEO score improve. which websites that have SSL certification are a priority to rank first. Domain hosting companies are providing these types of facilities and in WordPress, you can also use free plugins to fix it.

15. Page Loading Speed

When the user clicks on your site URL then it is your responsibility that the page will be open within one second. If it opens for 1 to 2 seconds then improve it or if it takes more time then audit your site and check issues and fix them. If the page loading speed is more then the user will be early quite without an open page and a low chance to go to another page.

16. Schema (Structure Data)

Schema is also called structure data. You should create the schema for your website. It is a logical structure for representing the data. you can add these data like if you want to see site XML, About us, Contact us, FAQ, Features, quick links, blog, support, client area, etc. You can add data according to yours. It is easy to use and find quick these links.
