All listed prices include GST, so there's no surprise tax added later. The quoted package price covers the core platform only — things like custom feature development, hosting, or annual support are priced separately if you need them.

Payment is split across project milestones rather than paid all at once — typically an advance to begin, further payments as development phases are completed, and a final payment when the platform is delivered.

Once you've paid in full, the source code for your version of the platform is yours. You're not locked into us for access or future use.

You're free to host the LMS on your own server or domain. If you'd rather not manage that yourself, we can host it for you for an additional yearly fee.

The platform is fully white-label — you can put your own name, logo, and color scheme on it, and there's no Kriscent branding left on your version.

If you want something beyond what's in the standard package — extra features, a different workflow, integrations — we'll scope it out and quote it separately once we understand what you need.

Minor bug fixes are covered for a set period after launch. Bigger feature upgrades or new versions of the platform are offered later as optional paid add-ons, not automatic.

Some features rely on outside services — AI tools, Zoom, payment gateways. Any usage charges from those providers are billed directly by them, not bundled into our price.

After launch, we provide technical support for a fixed window of time to handle any issues. Support beyond that period can be arranged separately.

Once development has started after the advance payment, that advance isn't refundable, since work and resources are already committed.
